Location Data:With your permission, we may access your device’s location (including approximate and/or precise geographic location) to enable core App features like showing you nearby users, assisting with AR (Augmented Reality) experiences, and providing map-based functionalities. Location data is used solely for proximity-related features and is not permanently stored in a way that identifies you personally beyond the temporary services described. We periodically and automatically remove location entries to ensure they are not retained indefinitely. You must manually grant location access each session by selecting “Allow Once” when prompted. This ensures that your location is never shared automatically without your consent.
Interaction and Usage Information:We record details about your interactions, such as friend requests you send or receive, acceptance of friend requests, and any chat messages exchanged between you and other users. We capture data related to Nearby Interaction technology (e.g., AR-based scanning of nearby devices) solely to facilitate discovering other users around you. We log in-app language preferences to localize the user interface based on your device’s language settings.
Device Tokens for Notifications:We collect device tokens (unique identifiers assigned to your device by the operating system) to send you push notifications about friend requests, nearby users, or chat messages.
Communications:If you contact support or interact with customer service, we may keep records of those communications.
In-App Purchase and Sponsor Data:If you apply to become a Sponsor, we collect payout details (such as your PayPal account email), platform profile links, and proof of eligibility for the sole purpose of commission processing and account verification. This information is never sold, shared, or used for advertising purposes.

We retain your account information for as long as you maintain an account. Location data and nearby user data are short-lived and automatically removed after a limited time. Chat messages and friend request data are retained as needed to provide the service to you, unless you delete your account or request removal.

However, no internet-based system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and maintain the security of your account credentials.
Access and Update:You may review and update certain personal information directly through the App’s settings or by contacting us.
Delete Account:You may request account deletion, and upon successful deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal information. This includes your profile data, chat messages, friend requests, and any associated reports. Some aggregated or non-identifiable usage data may remain for operational purposes. After deletion, your account information and user-generated content will no longer be accessible to you or other users.
Opt-Out of Notifications:You can disable push notifications at any time in your device’s notification settings.
Location Permissions:You can adjust your device’s location permissions at any time. Limiting location access may affect certain proximity-based features.
Our App is primarily intended for individuals 17 years of age or older(and 18+ in certain jurisdictions like Brazil or France). By using the App, you represent that you meet the minimum age requirement in your region or jurisdiction. You must not use this App if you are younger than the minimum age indicated by your local laws or by these age requirements, whichever is higher.
Your information may be stored and processed on servers located in your region or other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. We take steps to ensure data protection consistent with the laws of the countries in which we operate.
Our App is not intended for minors below the required age described in Section 7. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under those age limits. If you believe we have unintentionally collected such data, please contact us so we can promptly remove it.
